  • Lisa Nandy MP: Lisa Nandy was first elected as the Labour MP for Wigan in 2010 and has been serving as Shadow Secretary of State for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities since 2021. Lisa is also the co-founder of the think tank Centre for Towns which was set up to ensure priority is given to the viability and prosperity of Britain’s towns.
  • Chair: Lord O’Shaughnessy: Lord O’Shaughnessy was Parliamentary Under Secretary of State at the Department of Health between 2016 and 2018 and a Government Whip (Lord in Waiting) between 2016 and 2017.
